The outstanding balance is payable Four weeks prior to the wedding.

Weather Conditions

Weather permitting, the wedding photographs will be taken as agreed. In the event of rain, snow or any other weather disturbances, the photographer will make any necessary changes to the photographic session and will not be held responsible for any disappointment caused by the weather. However, with the co-operation of the client, the photographer will do his best to produce coverage of the wedding within the time allocated to him.

Photographs

All photograph sizes are nominal.  The Photographs will provide a pleasing colour balance/density, based upon flesh tones of the subjects, but cannot guarantee exact colour matching.  Owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes, especially in man made fibres, it is sometimes impossible to record on film the exact colour of a garment as seen by the human eye. Where monochromatic film is used the judgement of David Hunt in respect of print quality/density shall be deemed correct.

Requests

The photographer will honour all photographs requested and agreed in advance, provided: weather and time allocated permits, availability and co-operation of the persons concerned. These photographs must form part of the client’s/parents/family/friends final wedding order.

Coverage

The photographer shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the photographs taken and the location used. The photographer’s judgement regarding the locations, poses and number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. The photographer cannot be held responsible for the lack of coverage caused by the bride, the groom or wedding party not being on time, or by the Church, Register office or Licensed wedding venue, placing restrictions regarding photography. The photographer does not undertake to guarantee any specific picture, nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement.

Copyright

The 1988 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act assigns the copyright to David Hunt. It is illegal to copy, or allow to be copied by any means, including video, any photograph covered by this contract.
